Common questions
I lost access to my account / can’t sign in.
Zplity uses Sign in with Apple. Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID that you originally used. If you accidentally hid your real email via Apple’s relay and want to update it, email us and we’ll help.
How do I delete my account?
Open Zplity → Settings → Delete account. Deletion revokes your session immediately, removes you from your groups (shadow-member placeholders preserve other members’ balances), and purges your personal record from our database within 30 days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Zplity → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
The receipt scanner got the items wrong.
Tap any item to edit the name or amount before saving. If a particular receipt fails badly, please email us a copy — it helps us tune the parser.
A roommate left the group but their balance is still showing.
That’s by design — we keep the historical balance visible so the remaining members can still settle up what was owed before the departure. Once everyone is square, the member can be safely removed from Group settings → Members.
I need to export my history.
Zplity Pro can export any group’s ledger as CSV from Group settings → Export. Free-tier users can email us and we’ll provide a one-time export of any group they belong to.
