Subscription terms
Effective May 16, 2026
Zplity is free to use within the limits described below. Zplity Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes those limits. The following terms apply to all Zplity Pro purchases made through the App Store on iPhone.
1. What you get with Zplity Pro
- Unlimited groups (free is capped at 2 active groups).
- Unlimited receipt scans, subject to a fair-use cap of 100 per day (free is capped at 30 scans per month).
- Unlimited recurring expense templates (free is capped at 2).
- CSV export of any group ledger.
- Priority email support.
2. Pricing & billing
- Monthly plan — auto-renewing every month at the price shown in the App at the time of purchase (typically US$1.99/month, may vary by country and Apple-set tier).
- Yearly plan — auto-renewing every year at the price shown in the App at the time of purchase (typically US$19.99/year, may vary by country and Apple-set tier).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
3. Auto-renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the renewal price published in the App Store.
4. Free trial (if offered)
From time to time we may offer an introductory free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your Apple ID will be charged at the standard rate.
5. Managing & cancelling
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Zplity and choose Cancel Subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro features until then. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription on its own.
6. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their terms — see Apple Support: request a refund. Nth Cube is not able to issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
7. Price changes
If we change the price of a subscription, the new price will apply to renewals after the change becomes effective. Apple will notify you in accordance with App Store policies and may require you to opt-in to the new price for the renewal to proceed.
8. Service availability
Zplity Pro features depend on our backend remaining available. We target high uptime but do not guarantee any specific service level. If a feature is unavailable for an extended period, contact support at the address below.
